Abstract
Cet article traite uniquement des responsabilités des autorités scolaires. Le fait que, dans certaines juridictions, c'est l'État ou le gouvernement qui assume la responsabilité civile d'une école publique ne fait aucune différence dans notre scénario, puisque cela n'a aucune influence sur l'établissement de la responsabilité; Cela ne concerne que le traitement de l'indemnité. La partie II de ce travail met l'accent sur la présentation des diverses solutions fournies par différent pays, y compris les États-Unis, l'Angleterre, la France, le Québec (Canada) et la Chine. La partie III analyse les différences entre ces solutions du point de vue comparatif. La dernière partie se termine par mes propres pensées et commentaires.
