Abstract
La communication de crise survient dès qu’un dérèglement est détecté au sein de l’institution considérée et que le déroulement ou la poursuite des objectifs stratégiques sont mis en péril. Dans une telle situation le rôle du communicant, en tant que manager de situation dégradée, est un atout majeur pour contribuer à développer un avantage concurrentiel. Cette étude présente les invariants structuraux indispensables au communicant, en présentant dans le contexte actuel les hypothèses nécessaires à leurs réalisations, puis démontre, au moyen d’un cas pratique, comment contribuer à instaurer les conditions idéales à leur mise en place.
