Abstract
Le site « La laïcité à l’usage des éducateurs » a été co-créé par les ceméa pour « aider l’ensemble des éducateurs à la laïcité, un devoir historiquement constitutif de la dimension animation et éducation ». Refondu en 2015, Il comporte sept thématiques rappelant le cadre juridique, des arguments, témoignages ou des relations d’expériences. Plus récemment, a été créé un « s mooc » un « Massive Open Online Courses », c’est-à-dire des cours en ligne, gratuits et ouverts à tous (le « s » signifiant « social »). Cette pédagogie, aisément maniable, demande une posture de dialogue, la réflexion autonome de chaque éducateur sur les situations professionnelles rencontrées au quotidien, et apporte des réponses concrètes fondées sur le respect des principes de laïcité et de non-discrimination.
