Abstract
Le vice-ministre des Affaires étrangères syrien Ayman Sousan livre sa vision du conflit et les pistes d’une stabilisation politique et économique de la Syrie de demain. Le constat est sévère envers l’Occident : d’après lui, la Syrie a été victime d’un complot et il n’y aura d’autre solution politique – ni fédéralisme, ni dialogue avec des opposants payés par des puissances hostiles – que dans le cadre national.
