Abstract
La passion de l’entrepreneur et ses différents types d’objet (passion d’entreprendre – passion professionnelle – passion dans le domaine des loisirs) viennent à la fois questionner les recherches classiques et renforcer les recherches récentes sur l’accompagnement. Notre recherche met en évidence les difficultés rencontrées dans les démarches de coaching des processus entrepreneuriaux quand ils sont mus par une passion intense et propose une approche renouvelée de l’accompagnement, capable d’intégrer les ressorts de la dynamique en vigueur.
