Abstract
Ce mémoire vise à explorer la façon dont les travailleurs sociaux du Québec s’adaptent aux changements organisationnels. En effet, il s’agit de comprendre l’expérience d’adaptation de ces professionnels du réseau de la santé et des services sociaux en période de réforme causée par le projet de loi 10 (Loi modifiant l’organisation et la gouvernance du réseau de la santé et des services sociaux, notamment par l’abolition des agences régionales) (Assemblée nationale du Québec, 2015). Se situant dans une perspective qualitative, douze travailleurs sociaux du réseau de la santé et des services sociaux de la grande région de Montréal ont participé à des entrevues semi-dirigées. Le modèle multidimensionnel de Schlossberg (2011), soit les 4 S (situation, soi, soutien et stratégies) a servi de cadre d’analyse pour nos résultats. Ce modèle a permis de comprendre davantage l’adaptation de l’individu dans un processus de changement. Cette recherche nous a aussi permis de comprendre que la gestion de changement a une grande importance dans le processus d’adaptation puisque les répercussions peuvent être considérables tant au niveau personnel, professionnel qu’organisationnel.
