Abstract
L’enseignement de la théorie de la gestion dans les business schools est souvent envisagé comme la diffusion de connaissances théoriques que les étudiants doivent acquérir et restituer. L’expérience pédagogique que cet article décrit et discute est une tentative de dépasser ce modèle et de permettre aux étudiants d’appréhender le travail réel d’équipes de travail inscrites dans des organisations et leurs modes de régulation divers. Cette expérience met en relief la posture de l’enseignant qui accompagne plus qu’il n’évalue ses étudiants, dans un contexte où il est confronté avec eux à l’exploration du fonctionnement réel d’une équipe de travail que ni lui ni ses étudiants ne connaissent préalablement au cours.
