Cet article présente l’initiative pédagogique du carnet d’employabilité mise en œuvre dans un programme de formation professionnelle de la Commission scolaire des Rives-du-Saguenay. La description de cette initiative professionnelle s’appuie sur l’expérience de l’équipe porteuse du projet, ainsi que les propos d’employeurs régionaux. Elle détaille l’interrelation entre les milieux scolaires et professionnels témoignant de la pertinence du carnet d’employabilité pour favoriser l’insertion sociale et professionnelle des finissants de la formation professionnelle. Les étapes de sa mise en place, les défis rencontrés, les contributions relevées et les actions à venir sont également décrits.
