Más allá de la necrografía: una relectura del suicidio en la vida y obra de Horacio Quiroga

Abstract
Este trabajo analiza la configuración del mito de Horacio Quiroga como autor marcado por la muerte y cómo este mito ha transformado la historia de su vida en una necrografía. Mi primer propósito es deconstruir el lugar del suicidio en la constitución de esta necrografía. El segundo es analizar el corpus que forman los textos donde Quiroga problematiza el suicidio y sus límites. Con esta relectura de su obra propongo abrir paso a una figura de autor más compleja con la que superar la ilusión retórica a la que, según Pierre Bourdieu, sacrificamos toda historia de vida como relato coherente.
