O processo de empresarização e as mudanças nas relações de assalariamento e exploração

Abstract
Neste ensaio questionamos o assalariamento como característica essencial de empresarização do mundo (SOLÉ, 2003; 2008; ABRAHAM, 2006), articulando a ideia de Mundo-Empresa (SOLÉ, 2008) com o ideario neoliberal, especialmente sua renovação (PUELLO-SOCARRÁS; 2008; 2013; LAVAL; DARDOT, 2013). Considerando que no ideário neoliberal o empreendedorismo é apontado como solução para geração de trabalho e renda, buscamos melhor compreender a expansão de empresa como o tipo hegemônico de organização. Apresentamos as modificações no mundo do trabalho e ilustramos nossa argumentação com a criação de duas categorías de empreendedores - independentes e dependentes, com inspiração no trabalho de Schumpeter (1982). O resultado do estudo é que na teoría sobre o proceso de empresarização o assalariamento deve ser substituído pela relação de exploração do trabalho.
