Abstract
Le militantisme paternel — ou mouvement des pères séparés — est un mouvement social qui remet en cause l’intervention de l’État dans la sphère privée en visant à délégitimer les institutions en charge de réguler les séparations conjugales. À travers la notion d’antiféminisme d’État, cet article met en lumière la manière dont les pratiques d’interventions étatiques sont perçues par ces groupes comme une forme de déconsidération de la masculinité. L’exemple du Québec sera développé par l’intermédiaire des productions discursives et rhétoriques du groupe L’Après-Rupture.
