Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Abstract Based on their last ten years researches, the authors are presenting a classification model of the interdisciplinary practices and their social representations as shared by Québec's elementary school teachers. Four main tendencies are forming the polarities of two continuums within a cartesian plan. These polarities are tipical of some representations and practices which are, in their turn, coherent or not with a perception of an interdisciplinary approach that might be based on conflictual conceptions of the hierachical ordreing of the knowledges identifies to the school matters. the inderdependency and equivalent weighting given to the school matters or, on the contrary, the unequal weight given to various matters and dependency of the contents based on the social importance given to some of these matters are determining the possibility of an interdisciplinary teaching or, in a reverse perspective, pseudo or uninterdisciplinary practices. Key-Words: primary school; interdisciplinarity; teacher's practices; Quebec aducation; social representations.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
