En raison de l’importance des impacts économiques, sociaux et environnementaux des Petites et Moyennes Entreprises (PME), leur contribution est essentielle au Développement Durable (DD). L’état actuel de la recherche ne donne toutefois qu’une vue fragmentée des facteurs conduisant les PME à mettre en place des pratiques durables. C’est dans cette perspective que notre étude examine différents facteurs institutionnels, organisationnels et individuels pouvant être associés à la mise en place de pratiques durables dans les PME. Notre enquête réalisée auprès 124 PME canadiennes manufacturières, nous a permis, d’une part, de dresser un portrait des pratiques durables mises en place par celles-ci, et, d’autre part, d’identifier que les variables individuelles jouent un rôle clé dans la mise en place de pratiques durables. Ces résultats ajoutent aux connaissances entourant les éléments clés de l’accompagnement des PME dans des démarches de développement durable.
