Abstract
En 2011 parut un important rapport posant un diagnostic sur la situation des arts autochtones au Canada. Préparé par France Trépanier et Chris Creighton-Keelly pour le Service de la recherche et de l’évaluation du Conseil des Arts du Canada, ce document faisait état d’une double discrimination touchant les artistes autochtones francophones. Non seulement ces derniers sont-ils, par rapport aux artistes allochtones, moins représentés dans les médias et les institutions, mais une marginalisation supplémentaire les touche en raison de leur langue.
