Assumimos a tese de que o pensamento de Marx é bem qualificado quando nomeado de perspectiva ontoepistemológica material-dialética. Com base nisso, o objetivo deste texto é argumentar que essa perspectiva é substancialmente forjada pelas críticas de Marx à filosofia dialética idealista de Hegel, críticas que não implicam excluir o pensar, as ideias, as contradições etc., de participarem como conteúdo do princípio Material-dialético. Isto demonstrado significa que o pensamento filosófico hegeliano, ainda que por um caminho crítico negativo, deve ser admitido como inspiração da Filosofia Material-dialética marxiana.
