Abstract
La présente étude examine la représentation du français parlé dans quatre pièces de théâtre québécoises.L'étude permet de mettre en évidence la représentation à l'écrit, des quatre variables linguistiques étudiées par des sociolinguistes portant sur des corpus oraux.Il y a également la mise en exergue de l'influence que le changement du statut du français au Québec apporte sur la représentation de ces variables dans les pièces.Cette étude s'articule autour de six moments forts.Le premier chapitre décrit la variété du français considérée.Le deuxième chapitre présente la dramaturgie québécoise, le concept de la représentation, et les pièces de théâtre.Le chapitre trois traite des variables et de la méthodologie de la recherche.Les chapitres quatre et cinq présentent l'analyse des résultats et le chapitre six compare les résultats aux études empiriques.L'étude se termine par une conclusion résumant le travail et mettant en relief quelques contributions de l'étude.iv
