Abstract
A semi-quantitative case-study of 2 September 1974 (Julian Day 245) is presented.As many data sources as possible were used to describe the dynamics and thermodynamics of two lines of active convection located within the GATE B-scale ship array.The northern line and southern line were located to the north and south of the C-scale array respectively.Data relative to the lines from a total of five aircraft the course of this research.The advice of Drs.W.
