Abstract
レンゴー㈱ではCO2排出量を2020年までに1990年度比で32％削減することを目標にしている。尼崎工場では，大型設備導入による省エネと並行して，小集団サークル活動を通じて，細かな省エネ事例を積み重ねている。本報告では，8号抄紙機において実施した蒸気使用量の削減事例を3つ紹介する。1つはサイズプレス周辺オープンフードのパネル設置による湿紙温度低減防止。2つ目はタービュレーターバー位置調整による水分プロファイルの改善と水分プロファイラーの出力低減。3つ目はドレンタンクフラッシュ蒸気の蒸気ヒーターでの再利用である。
