Abstract
L’ensemble des laboratoires de biologie médicale a l’obligation, pour chaque analyse, de s’engager dans une démarched’accréditation selon les référentiels du Comité français d’accréditation (COFRAC) et la norme européenne EN ISO15189. Le service d’hématologie de l’hôpital Lariboisière a souhaité étendre sa portée d’accréditation début 2015 àl’hémostase, en intégrant le temps de Quick (TQ), le taux de prothrombine (TP) et l’International Normalized Ratio (INR)par mesure automatisée.Nous rapportons ici notre expérience de vérification de la méthode de mesure automatisée de l’hémostase aulaboratoire d’hématologie de l’hôpital Lariboisière. Les résultats des performances obtenues sur deux analyseurs STAGO« STAR » utilisés en miroir sont présentés dans cet article.Ainsi, la répétabilité, la fidélité intermédiaire et la justesse des mesures sont évaluées dans le dessein de conclure àla conformité des valeurs de TP/TQ/INR obtenues, ce que nos essais ont permis d’attester.
