Abstract
In article number 1801942, Xiao-Yu Hu, Dongmei Zhang, Juli Jiang, Leyong Wang, and co-workers develop a closed–loop insulin delivery platform based on a supramolecular strategy. Insulin can be transported to the blood vessel through this multiple stimuli-responsive system. Under hyperglycemic conditions, the in situ generated H2O2 and acidic microenvironment leads to the efficient release of insulin.
