Ce qui nous anime tous, ce qui nous a animes depuis Louis Riel jusqu’a nos jours, c’est la justice qui est due a la cause du francais au Manitoba. — Georges Forest Le Franco-Manitobain Georges Forest a consacre une grande partie de sa vie a defendre la cause du fait francais au Manitoba. A partir de 1960, il n’hesitera pas a tenir tete aux plus hautes instances judiciaires — notamment en se distinguant par son role dans l’affaire Forest — pour faire reconnaitre le francais au meme titre que l’anglais dans sa chere province, voire sur le plan national.
