Abstract
Cet article vise à expliciter certaines difficultés éthiques rencontrées par les intervenantes qui pratiquent auprès de femmes qui ne dénoncent pas aux autorités les agressions commises à leur endroit par leur conjoint alors que leur sécurité est compromise. Des entrevues réalisées auprès d’intervenantes psychosociales du Grand Montréal qui pratiquent auprès de ces femmes ont mis en lumière le fait que ces situations génèrent des défis éthiques complexes pour lesquels seuls quelques moyens de résolution sont disponibles. Quelques pratiques novatrices qui gagneraient à être implantées dans toutes les régions du Québec sont suggérées.
