Abstract

Cet article présente les résultats d’une étude exploratoire portant sur les principales composantes caractérisant la clientèle dite « multiproblématique » au sein du réseau de la santé et des services sociaux (N = 128). Le portrait d’ensemble qui se dégage de cette étude met en évidence les facteurs de risque de comportements problématiques prédominant chez cette clientèle et l’ampleur de l’intensité de services qu’elle requiert. Par ailleurs, les résultats démontrent que le réseau se situe davantage en gestion de l’urgence des situations plutôt qu’en organisation de services planifiés auprès de cette clientèle aux besoins particuliers.
