Abstract
La notion de vulnérabilité issue des éthiques du care , pourrait-elle trouver sa place dans une refondation de la pensée managériale ? Les nouvelles formes d’organisation du travail, qui valorisent plus les relations entre les personnes que les performances individuelles, pourraient intégrer cette notion pour faire émerger un management humaniste favorisant la confiance et la sollicitude. Une culture de la responsabilité remettant en cause une vision gestionnaire des relations humaines et prenant en compte de la singularité de chacun verrait alors le jour. L’autorité du manager, plus compréhensive envers autrui et soucieuse de le faire progresser, y trouverait une nouvelle légitimité.
