Abstract
Cet article s’appuie sur notre pratique de psychologue clinicienen milieu carcéral et plus particulièrement dans unétablissement pénitentiaire pour mineurs (EPM). Cesétablissements n’ont pas de précédent enFrance. L’objectif de cet article est d’interroger lesmanifestations spécifiques à une pluriculturalitéprofessionnelle et son impact sur la dynamique du travailpluridisciplinaire et la prise en charge des adolescentsincarcérés en EPM. Nous attacherons une attentionparticulière aux effets que produit la rencontre des culturesprofessionnelles sur les liens institutionnels et la prise en chargedes adolescents incarcérés.
