Abstract
تحتل ولاية غزنى مکانة عريقة فى الحضارة الإسلامية منذ عهد الغزنويين، وصارت منذ ذلک التاريخ قبلة للعديد من العلماء والشعراء والأدباء والفقهاء ومهرة الصناع والفنانين . وتتمتع ولاية غزنى بمکانة مهمة أيضًا فى العصر الحديث ، وتعد الصحافة فى ولاية غزنى مظهرًا من مظاهر التطور الثقافى والحضارى بها. ظهرت الصحافة الأفغانية فى النصف الثانى من القرن الثالث عشر الهجرى/ الربع الأخير من القرن التاسع عشر الميلادى وذلک فى عهد أمير شير على خان ، ومنذ ذلک الحين أخذت الصحف الأفغانية فى الصدور واحدة تلو الأخرى . يتناول هذا البحث الصحافة الأفغانية فى ولاية غزنى ، وجاء قسميه على النحو التالى : المبحث الأول بعنوان : مکانة ولاية غزنى الثقافية منذ قيام الدولة الغزنوية المبحث الثانى بعنوان : الصحافة الأفغانية (النشأة والتطور) المبحث الثالث بعنوان : الصحافة فى ولاية غزنى الخاتمة : وتضم نتائج البحث Abstract Ghazni province, in Afghanistan, has occupied a long standing in the Islamic civilization. Since the rule of the Ghaznavid dynasty, the provinceattracted several scientists, poets, writers, religious scholars as well as skilful and clever craftsmen and artists. Ghazni province also occupies an important position in the modern age. Press boom in Ghazniis considered one of the aspects of culture and civilization development in the province. The Afghan press emerged in the second half of the thirteenth century Hijri (the last quarter of the nineteenth century AD), during the reign of Prince Sher Ali Khan. Since then, several newspapers were issued. This research, which deals with Afghan press in Ghazni province, is divided as follows: The first Chapter is titled: The cultural stature of Ghazni province since the establishment of GhaznavidState. The Second Chapter is titled: Afghan Press (Rise and development) The Third Chapter is titled: Press in Ghazni Province The End: Research Results The researcher depends on the historic descriptive approach to meet with the Study's requirements.
