(Abstracted from J Ultrasound Med 2018;37:1073–1079) In this study, the authors report on a project designed to improve the prenatal detection of complex congenital heart disease (CHD) with implementation of a specific routine prenatal screening protocol, finding that implementing this protocol can vastly improve detection rates of critical cardiac abnormalities.
