Abstract
Cet article a pour objet les représentations et les pratiques oniriques et divinatoires à la lumière du genre. La narration du rêve revêt un caractère de parole confidentielle chez les poètes touaregs qui, à la différence des auteures féminines, n’en font pas un thème poétique. Les pratiques oniriques, associées au monde des morts, des génies et à la sexualité, sont d’ordinaire perçues comme appartenant à la sphère féminine. Cependant, elles font discrètement l’objet de pratiques masculines, mais de nuit et en toute discrétion. Les tensions récemment introduites par les islamistes au Nord du Mali, lesquels condamnent les pratiques mantiques, musicales et poétiques, font que les hommes et les poètes se montrent de plus en plus discrets sur leur vie onirique et leur processus créateur.
