Abstract
Le cynisme en contexte de changement organisationnel ayant ete etudie principalement sous l'angle des attitudes, nous proposons l'etude du theme sous l'angle des comportements. Treize entretiens semi-diriges ont ete conduits dans un centre d'appel d'une organisation publique au Quebec. L'analyse des resultats a l'aide du logiciel de donnees qualitatives, Nvivo, a permis d'identifier dix-neuf comportements en plus de definir leurs intentions et leurs effets positifs. Cette recherche marque ainsi l'importance pour les gestionnaires de s'attarder aux manifestations de cynisme en contexte de changement puisqu'elles permettent de faire le point sur l'etat actuel de l'organisation et d'identifier les moyens a mettre en place afin d'assurer la reussite d'un changement. ______________________________________________________________________________ MOTS-CLES DE L’AUTEUR : changement organisationnel, cynisme, comportements, pratiques de gestion du changement, effets positifs.
