Abstract
Résultat d’une minutieuse enquête de terrain chez d’importants industriels en France et au Canada, ce livre décrypte le fonctionnement des entreprises en réseau. Rejetant l’image de la “firme creuse”, l’auteur démontre qu'aujourd'hui les entreprises ne savent plus concevoir, produire, ni vendre sans la coopération d'une multitude de partenaires. Dans ce contexte, la question du gouvernement des entreprises en réseau, nécessaire afin de gérer de telles organisations, devient capitale, permettant d’appréhender la mutation de l’entreprise en une véritable institution de la société.
