Abstract
Cet article développe une analyse exploratoire comparant les politiques RH entre les employeurs publics Suisse romands et leurs homologues des départements limitrophes français, opérant au sein d’un même bassin d’emploi appelé « le Grand Genève « (territoire Franco-Valdo-Genevois). Longtemps confinées à la « simple » mise en oeuvre des statuts du personnel, les politiques RH des organisations publiques deviennent de plus en plus stratégiques, étant donnée l’importance d’attirer et de conserver les meilleurs talents sur le marché de l’emploi. Mobilisant les concepts de Marque employeur et de Contrat psychologique, cette contribution révèle les points communs et divergences, entre employeurs suisses et français, parmi les atouts mis en avant pour les potentielles recrues et les stratégies de valorisation et de profilage utilisées.
