Abstract
L’écriture littéraire place la littérature et le sujet écrivant au coeur de l’enseignement, en privilégiant la créativité et les liens unissant lecture et écriture littéraires. La présente étude s’intéresse au rapport à l’écriture littéraire d’enseignants du primaire québécois et à leurs pratiques d’enseignement de l’écriture et de la lecture, à partir d’un questionnaire adressé à un échantillon de 92 enseignants. Des analyses de variance ont révélé que les enseignants interrogés entretiennent un rapport à l’écriture littéraire généralement positif. Cependant, bien que certaines pratiques témoignent d’une préoccupation pour l’aspect littéraire de l’écriture, les enseignants rapportent faire peu écrire des textes de type littéraire à leurs élèves. Ces résultats soulignent la nécessité d’un renouvèlement des pratiques d’enseignement de l’écriture.
