Abstract
Ce document présente les résultats du projet de recherche ALLOCIRCO "Alternatives Logistiques pour les Circuits Courts en Nord - Pas de Calais". Ce projet, financé par le Conseil Régional du Nord - Pas de Calais, a été mené par l'IFSTTAR et la Chambre d'Agriculture de Région Nord - Pas de Calais. D'une durée de deux ans, il avait pour but d'apporter des éclairages sur deux grandes questions : - Quelles organisations logistiques et de transport mettre en place pour aboutir à des circuits efficients, à la fois d'un point de vue économique, social et environnemental, tant pour les producteurs que pour les collectivités territoriales ? - Comment accompagner la mise en place de ces organisations logistiques ? Les problématiques logistiques sont souvent négligées dans les réflexions tenant à la performance des circuits courts, par ailleurs envisagés comme un tout homogène. Le rapport tente de démontrer qu'elles en sont pourtant un levier essentiel, sous réserve d'adapter les solutions à la diversité des circuits. Le travail mené illustre l'intérêt d'une optimisation logistique pour quelques cas, et détaille les modalités les plus adaptées aux principaux typesde circuits préalablement identifiés.
