ResumoOs espaços da saúde, particularmente as Unidades de Saúde da Família, por estarem mais próximas das comunidades, podem compor uma importante rede de apoio para os adolescentes.O projeto de extensão "Promovendo Diálogo Sobre Saúde e Vida com Adolescentes", realizado na Unidade de Saúde da Família de um bairro de classe popular de Vitória -ES, tem esse objetivo.Pretende-se neste trabalho descrever as intervenções, realizadas em 2018, que promoveram a reflexão sobre a identidade dos adolescentes e o sentimento de pertença ao seu bairro e sua a comunidade, visto que o laço social é fundamental na construção da vida e da identidade do indivíduo.Com um grupo de 15 adolescentes, foram realizadas oficinas lúdicas e rodas de conversa abordando o tema "Pertencimento ao Bairro", mediadas pela equipe composta pelas
