Abstract
O presente trabalho analisa a interação entre o Tribunal de Contas e os Tribunais de Justiça, considerando o controle exercido pelo Judiciário sobre as decisões administrativas. As decisões proferidas na seara administrativa podem impor sanções a gestores públicos e entidades privadas da Administração Indireta. Ao se constatar a tendência das partes de levar as demandas decididas no âmbito do Tribunal de Contas do Estado à revisão do Poder Judiciário, foi produzida a análise comparativa da jurisprudência do TJRN e do TJSP sobre o tema. A interferência judicial na atuação do TCE é indiscutível e se faz necessária. Logo, importante o esclarecimento dos parâmetros constitucionais para tal controle. Palavras-chave: Tribunal de Contas.
