Abstract
En 2015, Johanna Bienaise, danseuse contemporaine, et Anne-Sophie Rouleau, metteure en scène de théâtre, entreprenaient un processus d’exploration en studio qui appellerait au métissage de leur champ de pratique. Dans cet article, elles reviennent sur leur expérience en analysant comment leur dynamique de travail s’est inscrite dans ce qu’elles nomment une « poïétique du pli ». Invoquant tour à tour les écrits de Gilles Deleuze, Michel Bernard, Aurore Després ou encore Henri Meschonnic, elles examinent comment, en pliant, dépliant et repliant de façon quasi obsessive une même matière, elles ont pu apprivoiser une forme toujours inachevée et en devenir, venant brouiller les frontières de leurs disciplines respectives. Des plis de la matière au déplié du sens, jusqu’à la fluence du pli, la fluidité propre à une poïétique du pli invite ici à entrer dans un labyrinthe du continu dansethéâtre.
