Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, danpenilaian Praktik Kerja Lapangan di SMK Batik 2 Surakarta. Jenis penelitianini kualitatif etnografi. Teknik pengumpulan data, wawancara, observasi, dandokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model interaktif. Hasil penelitian:1) Perencanaan Praktik Kerja Lapangan sudah dilaksanakan dengan baik, meliputitahapan sinkronisasi kurikulum, pembuatan peta DU/DI, koordinasi program kerjaPKL, sosialisasi program PKL, dan pembekalan PKL. 2) Pelaksanaan PKL di SMKBatik 2 Surakarta sudah dilaksanakan dengan baik, yaitu meliputi: penyerahan siswaPKL, pengorganisasian siswa PKL di lokasi DU/DI, monitoring PKL, penarikan siswaPKL, dan pelaporan PKL. 3) Penilaian PKL di SMK Batik 2 Surakarta dilakukandalam sebuah rapat yang diikuti oleh TIM HKI (Hubungan Kerja Industri) yangterdiri dari Kepala Sekolah, Wakil Kepala Kurikulum, Wakil Kepala Humas, seluruhKetua Kompetensi Keahlian, dan Wali kelas membahas keseluruhan kegiatan PKLtentang perencanaan dan pelaksanaan kegiatan PKL.
