Abstract

Cet article propose d’analyser comment deux Scic, appartenant à deux secteurs différents, ceux de la culture et du logement, s’organisent pour associer autour d’un même projet des acteurs multiples et hétérogènes et comment, dans les pratiques de gestion, la notion juridique de multisociétariat prend corps. Il s’appuie sur une étude de cas comparée réalisée dans le cadre d’un contrat de recherche Picri en partenariat avec la Confédération générale des sociétés coopératives et participatives (CGScop). L’article met en évidence qu’un multisociétariat actif peut être un formidable vecteur d’innovations sociales du fait de la multiplicité des compétences et cultures professionnelles à l’oeuvre au sein des Scic. En contribuant à la définition d’un projet commun, il exerce un rôle de garde-fou limitant l’appropriation du projet collectif par une catégorie de sociétaires. L’article met par ailleurs en évidence les enjeux d’organisation du multisociétariat auxquels sont aujourd’hui confrontées les Scic.
