Abstract
U poljski pokus ukljuceno je deset primki rupicaste pljuskavice (Hypericum perforatum L.) iz Kolekcije ljekovitog i aromaticnog bilja Hrvatske banke biljnih gena podrijetlom iz Hrvatske (9) i Bosne i Hercegovine (1). Tijekom pokusa na deset slucajno odabranih biljaka po parceli analizirana su sljedeca kvantitativna svojstva: visina stabljike (cm), broj grana, broj cvjetnih grana, masa svježe i suhe stabljike s listovima (g), te masa svježeg i suhog korijena (g). Primke rupicaste pljuskavice signifikantno su se razlikovale u svim analiziranim svojstvima. Primka HBG00602 koja predstavlja populaciju iz Doljana, Metkovic, kao i primka HBG00896 iz Nerezina, otok Losinj, pokazale su vise vrijednosti u vecini analiziranih svojstava.
