Abstract
Reparative Residual Research is an approach to pedagogic knowledge mobilization that seeks to functionally mediate social and intellectual action for and with broad audience communities. Reparative pedagogies, while associated with service learning and civic responsibility, seek rather, to engage, contribute to, inspire, and renew community. For example, a permanent research exhibition installed within a community space works in a manner not unlike a residual income model, wherein there is a generated return even after the research project has been completed.
