Abstract
Depuis plus d’un an, la crise du Qatar a déjà prouvé que son modèle de développement diversifié lui assure une certaine sécurité, contrairement à nombre de pays à économie de rente hydrocarbure, et qu’il a pu malgré tout maintenir des relations commerciales et de coopération avec ses alliés, États-Unis et France en tête. Dans une logique inédite de blocs dans un Conseil de Coopération du Golfe en sursis, la stabilité et la sécurité de toute la région est en jeu.
