Abstract
Par cette recherche, nous désirons identifier les différences de la pratique du jeu d'acteur, dans des créations de fiction, en fonction de la scène et de l'écran. Nous tentons d'abord de revenir, à partir d'une revue de littérature, aux différentes théories du jeu d'acteur existantes et de définir en détail les notions de « présence » et « d'énergie » chez un comédien. Nous comparons ensuite les propos de sept acteurs et/ou directeurs d'acteurs reconnus au Québec. Cela nous permet de découvrir et de définir les aspects les plus significatifs de la question. Notre étude est de type qualitative, c'est pourquoi nous convenons que cette dernière contient certaines limites. En effet, l'entretien est semi-directif et les questions sont ouvertes. Ainsi, la subjectivité des répondants ne permet pas un résultat totalement objectif.
