Au Québec, les étudiants en formation initiale doivent, depuis 1994, réaliser un minimum de 700 heures de stage, idéalement dans différents milieux scolaires (MELS, 2008). Dans certaines régions du Québec, les écoles sont situées à des distances considérables de l’université, ce qui complique le processus de supervision, notamment celui de type clinico-pédagogique.
