Abstract
Metastatik ve kastrasyona direnli prostat kanseri (mKDPK) tedavisinde son yllarda ciddi gelimeler olmaktadr. Yeni gelitirilen ilalarn da etkisiyle (rnein; Enzalutamide, abiraterone) mKDPK'de sakalm sreleri her geen yl art gstermektedir. Ancak yeni nesil tedavi seeneklerine 1-2 yl ierisinde diren gelimekte ve bu aamadan sonra sakalm sreleri belirgin olarak ksalmaktadr (1). Bu grup hastalarda ise Ra-223 ve Lu-177 prostat spesifik membran antijeni (PSMA) tedavilerinin kullanm her geen gn artmaktadr (2,3).
