Abstract
Cet article aborde le phénomène de la perversion dans le roman Le Nécrophile (1972) de l’écrivaine française Gabrielle Wittkop (1920-2002). Écrit sous la forme d’un journal intime, le roman plonge les lecteurs et les lectrices aux plus intimes des pensées, des désirs et des fantasmes du personnage principal, Lucien. En premier lieu, nous définissons la perversion à travers les idées de James Penney dans son ouvrage The World of Perversion : Psychoanalysis and the Impossible Absolute of Desire et à travers le concept de monde sans autrui défini par Gilles Deleuze dans Logique du sens (1969). De plus, cette fascination pour la perversion influence aussi certains théoriciens queer, comme Lee Edelman. À travers ce qu’on appelle le tournant antirelationnel, la perversion se rapproche de la théorie queer en raison de son caractère improductif qui permet d’échapper, ou du moins, de contourner le régime hétéronormatif.
