Abstract
espanolEl fuero de Daroca constituye el primer representante del derecho de frontera en Aragon. Este derecho privilegiado originado en la vecina Castilla fue recogido y reformulado por Alfonso I para su aplicacion en sus propios reinos. Desde Daroca se extendio por localidades navarras pero sobre todo por las nuevas localidades que se fueron recuperando en la zona turolense donde a traves de sus distintas versiones se constituyo en el principal instrumento de repoblacion y reorganizacion. El analisis del fuero de Daroca y los textos derivados de Alcala de la Selva, Canada de Benatanduz y Aliaga dan como resultado una compleja evolucion del derecho que se manifiesta en la concesion de varios textos oficiales y en la existencia de redacciones oficiosas sin personalidad legal elaboradas por funcionarios locales. La integracion de estos materiales se desarrollo durante mas de un siglo mientras se iba desarrollando paralelamente un derecho territorial que acabaria viendo la luz en los extensos fueros del siglo XIII EnglishThe chapter of Daroca is the first representative of the law border in Aragon. Analysis of chapter jurisdiction of Daroca and texts derived from Alcala de la Selva, Canada de Benatanduz and Aliaga result in a complex evolution of the law manifested in the granting of various official texts and the existence of informal essays without legal personality made by local officials. The integration of these materials are developed for more than a century while it is was at the same time developing a territorial law up seeing the light on the extensive privileges of the 13th century
