In the present work a commercial intelligence system is implemented and implanted in the commercial sub-direction of the joint venture Moanickel SA, with the aim of providing relevant, timely and reliable information to make the final decision of the members of these, the alternative of greater technical, legal and commercial advantage for the company. In this sense, the mechanisms, methods and techniques used to achieve an effective contribution to the sale of the products by specialists in international buying and selling, are equipped, with enough tools and information to increase the negotiating power, at the same time that its valorization manages to create a frame of reference that serves to measure, evaluate and control the process. Making known at all times the necessary aspects that support the fulfillment of the mission of the commercial sub-direction: maintain the assurance of a stable supply of products and services to production.
