Abstract
Louangée car elle permet d’augmenter la créativité, l’innovation et la gestion de la complexité, l’interdisciplinarité dans les équipes de travail peut toutefois nuire à l’atteinte des objectifs et favoriser une dynamique conflictuelle. S’appuyant sur une importante revue de la documentation scientifique et sur l’étude d’un cas d’une équipe interdisciplinaire de gestion de changement qui a bien réussi à profiter de son interdisciplinarité pour atteindre ses objectifs, cet article propose une articulation des différents processus des équipes de travail en regard des avantages et des obstacles de l’interdisciplinarité. Nous modélisons des actions favorables qui agissent dans des espaces-clés de la dynamique des équipes interdisciplinaires, soit le développement d’un terrain commun, des savoir-faire et savoir-être interdisciplinaires, une dynamique de pouvoir équitable, une communication symbolique importante et une organisation spatiale et structurelle diversifiée.
