Abstract
This chapter focuses on administrators' interaction with community involvement policy. It begins with an overview of community engagement and policies that support it in the province of Ontario, Canada. The chapter offers a theoretical overview of policy interpretation that sets the stage for the examination of administrators' use of community involvement policy. It provides insight into district- and school-level practices that influence the implementation of community involvement initiatives in urban contexts, and also provides a discussion on the study's implications, with an eye toward promoting community involvement practices widely across districts so each student has access to community support. The chapter examines policy interpretation from district- and school-level leadership perspectives using a conceptual framework for policy. It also examines school-community policy, determines how community involvement policies are interpreted by those who initiate the relationships, understand the nature of community involvement, and appreciate the influences on the types of involvement developed.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one teacher head, not a consensus.
