Abstract
İktisadi krizler tarihi, Sanayi Devrimi ile İngiltere’de başlayarak Avrupa ve Amerika’dahızla yayılan kapitalist sistemle birlikte, yeni bir düzenin ilk adımlarını kaydetmiştir.Serbest piyasa ekonomisinin egemen olduğu, servet birikimi ve rekabete dayalı birsistem olarak iktisadi hayata geçiş yapan kapitalizm, bir yandan bünyesinde barındırdığıiktisadi bileşenlerin oluşum ve etki alanlarını değiştirirken, diğer yandan yeni kavramlarıda sistemine dahil etmiştir.Konjonktürel Dalgalanmalar kavramı kapitalizmle birlikte anılmaya başlayan yenibir alan olarak iktisadi çalışmalara konu olmuştur. Bu dalgalanmaları takiben biçim değiştirenkrizler de kapitalizm öncesi döneme göre farklı kaynaklardan beslenmiş ve farklısonuçlar doğurmuştur.Bu çalışmada Neo Klasik akımın temsilcilerinden biri olan Joseph Schumpeter veTürk İktisat Tarihi’nin önemli düşünürlerinden Sabri Ülgener’in konjonktürel dalgalanmalarve krizler üzerindeki çalışmaları karşılaştırmalı olarak analiz edilmiştir.
